[sIFR3-dev] Kerning

Ahh...  ok, I think I figured out the issue.

I wanted to apply a Photoshop "kerning" value of 25. So I adjusted the 
slider in the sIFR .fla to 2.5 (as close as I can tell to the Flash 
equivalent). This resulted in no change to the rendered output.

However, if I add the css value "letter-spacing" to the replace calls, 
this achieves what I need, because Flash calls the value letter-spacing, 
not kerning.
