[sIFR3-dev] Eolas update

Hi,

I just got off the phone with a support engineer from Microsoft about  
the Eolas problem. Unfortunately, because the problem is virtually  
impossible to replicate, they are not able to fix the problem at this  
point in time. Since the problem isn't limited to just sIFR there  
will hopefully be other reports which can shed more light on the  
issue in order for it to be solved.

In the meantime, make sure to update to the latest sIFR version.
