[sIFR3-dev] Small mystery bug

Oh, sorry. That doesn't do it, though... still happens every third time or
so. Almost always happens when I focus the location bar and press enter, as
opposed to clicking reload (in Firefox/Win).

The cut-off bug is present in all browsers.

Mark, are you getting into the rewrapping soon? It's needed. Although, I
suppose bugs like these need to be ironed out first.
