Memory tells me that this actually is a bit buggy or glitchy... There have
been a couple cases of drop down menus that we just could NOT get to go on
top... But never figured out why (I know how to do it with regular Flash)...
It may have been with a specific browser too -- I'd have to dig around for
the post/question... But I do think there's a problem...
