[sIFR3-dev] Font rendering / Scalability demo

Hey!

It took some time, but the first go at the font rendering is live.  
See it at <http://dev.novemberborn.net/sifr3/svn/test/demo.html>. If  
you resize the font or the browser window you'll see the size and  
number of lines change. All letters should be visible.

I had a look in IE but it didn't appear to work. That's something for  
tomorrow.
